There was a short meeting with lots of skype interruptions.

adhoc PTB meeting, 10:12 - 10:50, 3/3/2012
Present: Balazs, Cristina, Patrick, Laurence, Marco
missed: John, Jon
i) The Y3 objectives as recorded in the circulated xls sheet were approved by the PTB members.
ii) Area workplans must cover all area specific objectives AND cross area ones affecting any product from the area. The description part of the objectives should be "more technical" and self explanatory. A reviewer should be able to understand what the technical task is about. If necessary, include figures.
iii) All the JRA1 deliverables are late. realistic adjusted deadlines were proposed:
-sending Table of Content to Project Office: 10 April
-submitting the final deliverables for project review: 30 April
iv) Balazs reminded PTB about EGI SoS. He'll contact affected area leaders in case URGENT contribution would be needed during the post-Easter week.
v) next meeting: 17 April 10-12. This will be an important meeting where product phase out will be discussed, planned final composition of EMI 3 decided.
