Description
Self-interacting dark matter has been proposed to solve small
scale structure problems. In this talk, we will present a simple and
generic self-interacting dark matter model where dark matter particles
interact through a sub-GeV force carrier. We show that the simple
model can accommodate all astrophysical bounds on self-interactions in
dark matter halos and explain the observed relic density, through a
single coupling constant.
