Description
- Cross sections: review and clean-up; use of factory-based mechanism to assure single instantiations of the same cross section used by different entities
- Removing some inheritance layers to improve performance/maintenance
- Solving the HP problem: split it from the framework?
- Consistent treatment of stopping and in-flight processes; clean-up and removal of old models.
- Re-examine framework rules, such as default cross sections
