Description
CERN personnel has to be ready to react to any event that results or that has the potential to harm an objective of the Organization (adverse event).
The capacity to share the relevant information among the different services is key.
This workshop wants to create a common understanding on the information requirements and the tools that are presently available to share this information by the different services that have to react to the adverse events.
The morning session will be oriented to present which information is required to handle correctly an adverse event and which information is generated by each service. The last part of the morning will be an open discussion to consolidate a map of where the information is generated and to whom it shall be addressed. This map will give a picture of where improvements are required.
The afternoon session will be oriented to a series of presentations on the tools that the different services use today to receive and distribute the information. This will provide everyone a clear vision of the tools available and how this could help them to obtain the information that they require. The session will conclude with an open discussion on what will be required to fulfil the improvements identified in the morning.
