We discussed the draft email to CMS and ATLAS and agreed on minor changes to this email.
Cigdem raised the issue that she needs a deputy in case of emergencies where she can't attend a scheduled meeting. Pauline agreed to do this until we assign someone officially.
agreed action items:
- Cigdem will send the email to the ATLAS secretariat and ask them to distribute it to ALTAS
- Pauline will contact Monika Grothe and ask her to send the email to the CMS secretariat.
- Pauline will publish this initiative in the next ATLAS news. She will also contact CMS Times and ask them to publish it there too.
Pauline reported that Chris Onions (Head of ACCU) is supportive of this initiative.

Next meeting will be agreed after we get feedback to our email to CMS and ATLAS.
