Topics: agreement on key services & goals – including with sites; draft schedule for component testing; check-point on Explicit Requirements.

We should by this stage also have the key scaling factors to be tested in the February run of CCRC'08, together with the resource requirements, including I/O characteristics (e.g. # of concurrent read/write streams and data rates / volumes).

The explicit storage configurations needed by experiment and by site should also be discussed and agreed.
