This meeting is designed to assess and review the risks associated with working on HF for HCAL scheduled interventions.
ROB works; BHC removal: BCM2 removal.
Action items and follow up.
- Sasha: Fill in WP request and in particular the names of workers.
- Ianos: Notify Maf about scaffolding needs.
- Ianos: Notify GLIMOS about sourcing campaign.
- All: Two man working rule in HF garage to be strictly obeyed.
- Sasha: Request RP container to be used to lift up ROBoxes to SX5 using SX5 crane. Eric to be informed
- Christoph/Stephane: design a scheme to restrict access to HF garages.
