TBTM plans for the open day. D. Gudkov
Initially it was planned to transport the module prototype to the main building for council week in September after the laboratory tests (see CTC#58). After that, and as part of fthe OpenDays, it was proposed to set up the two-beam test module as part of a visit point in building 162. However, given the current schedule for tests which have been delayed, disassembly and reassembly of the prototype in August-September will interfere with the measurements and further delay the project.Instead, BE-RF-PM section proposed to build a 1:10 scale model of ten modules by 3D printing and create a booth on building 162 in which the model, other RF CLIC components and some posters will be exposed to the public. Work to produce the files for 3D printing is on-going. Most of the material including the reduced model shall became part of the CLIC showroom newly redone.
Disassembly of the module and transport to the main building is still planned and is part of the transport tests required for the module. It is now postponed to December.
Summary of the Annecy meeting on stabilization. K. Artoos
Kurt reported on a stabilization collaboration meeting that took place last 21st of February in Annecy. Colleagues from LAPP/SYMME, CERN and ULB were present. Unfortunately, colleagues from CEA could not assist. The original K contract with CEA-IRFU has now finished. A new contract with CERN is being negotiated but will take more than three months to put it in place.Kurt reported briefly on the last achievement from each team (see slides). As a result of the meeting a list of open points, potential collaboration between teams and a list of milestones were prepared. Kurt praised the productive collaborating atmosphere during the meeting. In the future, two yearly meetings will be scheduled. Next meeting will take place in September.
CTC milestones.
The CTC work packages were initially based on a list of technical issues for which feasibility had to be demonstrated. After more than three years, activities are at different levels of completion as documented in the CDR. In the last two weeks, work package leaders have produced a list of milestones for 2013 (see file). However, there is not enough information to establish when each project or sub-project can be expected to reach a conclusion or how working packages are related between them. Also, we need to state the need and justification of future collaborations or the continuation of the ones already on-going.It was decided that the best way to document this, is a written report on the current status of the CTC activities. This will include objectives, tasks, milestones, potential interactions with other activities inside or outside the CTC, potential use outside CLIC, etc. Nuria volunteered to prepare such a document in coordination with the different working package leaders. She will prepare a template with the information that has to be feed in the document and distribute it for the WP leaders to fill. The final document should be ready for the end of May.

The training in ground and technical motion transfer function to the beam will be postponed to after Jurgen is back in April. Two dates in consecutive weeks will be chosen with sufficient time for everybody interested to plan their attendance. Action: Nuria
