The 3rd Conference on Micro-Pattern Gaseous Detectors will take place in Zaragoza, Spain, on July 1-4, 2013. A review of the current status of the different MPGD technologies will be given, while recent R&D achievements, ideas for future developments and prospects for industrial production will also be discussed. The Conference will be followed by the RD51 Collaboration meeting on July 5-6 at the same venue.
