College Station has a range of hotels and the dates of the meeting fall onto a relatively low demand days (the football game that weekend is out of town). While it should be relatively easy to get a hotel, parking on campus may be more of a challenge.
To solve the parking problem, we are holding a block of rooms at the College Station Hilton for the meeting attendees and we will arrange for a shuttle that will run between campus and the hotel.

The Hilton has a free shuttle to and from the airport. We can arrange the shuttle to be at the airport for the guests, but if it is not there, they can call the hotel at the number above for the shuttle to come and pick them up. As mentioned earlier, we will arrange transportation from the Hilton to campus.
The hotel location is such that there is a number of restaurants walking distance from the hotel ranging from high end establishments (Republic steak house and Veritas) to places where you can get a beer and inexpensive snack or dinner (Boston pizza, Fox and Hound etc.)
