The Registration Fee is $300 and includes attendance at all sessions, coffee breaks, working lunches, and administrative costs of organizing the meeting. No refunds will be issued for non-use of services provided.
There is an optional social events fee of $128. This all-inclusive fee includes four (4) social events, The Welcome Reception, 2 dinners, and the FEE Conference Banquet. Transportation to the Conference Banquet is also included in the social events fee.
All registration fees must be in U.S. dollars only.
