Participants: UHH, CERN, Ljubljana, Krakow (AGH + IJF PAN), PSI, GSI, DESY, Frascati.

Main points:
- document in reasonable shape. Big thanks to Doris and Georg (UHH) for their help.
- milestones and deliverable being finalized
- CERN part of P12 being rewritten after agreement of John to gas detector oriented simulation task. Milestones/deliverables still to be defined.
- Consortium agreement. Christian (Schmidt) and Pierluigi looked into the topic and came to the same conclusion. A full CA would be a heavy overkill. Christian (Joram) proposed instead a very light document which describes the rules and procedures of the network. This would be a legally non binding document, rather a code of 'code of conduct'. This proposal was unanimously accepted.
- Next steps: Submit draft this Thursday. Possibly call coordinators in Brussels before to clarify a few questions. The next phone meeting will be origanize once we have feedback from the Commission.
- Homework: Please provide graphical schedule for all projects. They will not go in the grant document but are important for the coordinator!
