Job Description
The Institute for Microelectronics and Microsystems (IMM) is an Institute of the Italian National Council for Research (CNR) with the headquarter in Catania (Italy) and other labs around Italy. Many other high tech R&D centres are located in the area of Catania. The activity of the selected Marie-Curie Post-Doc fellow will carried out in the framework of the Research Training Network MANSiC and will be mainly focused on the physical aspects related to Silicon Carbide (SiC) devices. Processing, devices fabrication and electrical-structural characterization will be performed using many facilities available at IMM-Catania.The Post-Doc fellow will be also involved in other activities on wide band gap semiconductors performed in the research group.
