The fee contributes to the the basic organization costs, to the coffee breaks and contributes to the lunch and conference dinner.
Accommodation for invited speakers will be provided by the organization committee in Kaya Hotel for free of charge.

Transportation:
A- From Atatürk Airport to Yildiz Technical University (Davutpasa Campus):
Upon arrival to the airport, please follow the signs for subway (Metro) to go to the main station. After you purchased your ticket at either from desks or from machines (3 TL for single ride), take the subway until Davutpasa-YTU stop. Take the exit for YTU Campus and walk directly to the campus entrance. At the entrance identify yourself to security people and ask their help to use the shuttle to arrive Building-A (new building for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences). After that please follow the signs to reach to the conference hall.
B- From Atatürk Airport to Kaya Hotel:
Upon arrival to the airport, please follow the signs for subway (Metro) to go to the main station. After you purchased your ticket at either from desks or from machines (3 TL for single ride), take the subway until Zeytinburnu. Take the tram at this point to go to Kabatas/Eminonu direction. Get off at the Findikzade stop and walk directly to your hotel. Ramada Hotel is nearby to the Kaya Hotel.
C- From Esenler Main Bus Station to Yildiz Technical University (Davutpasa Campus)
Upon arrival to the intercity bus station, please follow the signs for subway (Metro) to reach to the subway towards to the airport direction After you purchased your ticket at either from desks or from machines (3 TL for single ride), take the subway until Davutpasa-YTU stop. Take the exit for YTU Campus and walk directly to the campus entrance. At the entrance identify yourself to security people and ask their help to use the shuttle to arrive Building-A (new building for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences). After that please follow the signs to reach to the conference hall.
