Description
Decide on the format and frequency for future meetings. Consider whether it makes sense to carry out this activity under the umbrella of a WLCG Task force or Working Group. Nominate a coordinator(s) who will be responsible for the agenda of future meetings, minutes, follow up on actions, etc.
