Two scholarships for early stage researchers who are pursuing or just finished a PhD outside the network will be available. The scholarships will cover the cost of the event including accommodation in shared rooms, full board and all social activities but recipients will have to arrange and pay for their own travel to the event. To apply for a scholarship please fill out the application form and submit it together with your CV and a short motivation letter (no longer than 1.5 pages A4). The submission deadline for applications is on 3 October 2014 and all applicants will be informed of the decision on awarding them a scholarship or not by 10 October. The decision of the project panel will be final. Applicants are encouraged to register early for the event even with a pending application. Although registration is officially open until 15 October, we cannot guarantee that there will be free slots available for people who are not awarded a scholarship.
