Rome has hundreds of hotels but is also always full of turists so it is recommended not to wait the last minute to book your accomodation.
Here are some suggestions within 20' walk from the meeting venues, and connected through buses/metro to them, but if you prefer to stay in the center of the town and in particular in the Termini area where most of the hotels are you'll be very well connected through Metro B or buses to the meeting
- Hotel H10, via Blaserna 101, hosting Sunday sessions (A) currently fully booked after the 28th of October
- Borgo Papareschi, appartments, very close to (A)
- Hotel Pulitzer, viale Marconi 905, very close to Marconi Metro Station (B)
- Hotel Saint Paul, via Vito Volterra 43 (C)
- Hotel Area, via del Forte Ostiense (D)
- Hotel Sheraton Eur very close to (D) but less well connected
There are also many nice B&B. In particular if you'd like to stay close to the Vatican we can suggest http://www.laromadicamilla.it/ (but currently fully booked after the 28th of october)
