A walkthrough of the challenges in the evolution of one of the largest HEP experiment at LHC in the years to come. How to combine the needs of large production of good data for high statistics for discoveries and the evolution of the apparatus to cope with the outperforming accelerator, its evolution as a High Luminosity LHC and the aspiration of the community to an increasingly better detector.
