ACCOMMODATION
A limited number of rooms have been pre-reserved between the 21st and 29th March'15 at the CERN hostel under the reference RIGI.
Deadline for booking : 22th February (no rooms will be guaranteed after this date)

Breakfast is not included in the accommodation price. You can buy breakfast from the cafeteria which is opposite the hostel buildings.
Please look at the CERN housing page Building 39 to check on facilities at the hostel.
Please complete the registration form. The local organization committee will take care of your reservation.
Please note that all reservations are confirmed by default as long as the registration form still shows remaining availabilities. No further confirmation will be sent out.
The number of available rooms are indicated in the form. Should the number of available rooms show "0", please contact the hostel directly in order to be put on a waiting list. Reference : RIGI
Check-In : The Hostel Reception (Building 39) is open from Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 02.00. Saturday and Sunday from 9.00 to 01.00.
Outside these hours : room keys can be obtained from the security guard at the entrance to CERN's Meyrin site (Swiss side) - Gate B.
Check-out : 12.00 a.m.

In case you need to cancel or modify your reservation at the CERN hostel;
Before 01.03'15: please contact contact@designsociety.org
After 01.03'15: please contact the hostel directly.
Cancellations made after 48h prior to arrival: 1 night will be charged.
