The weekly meeting of the Software Process and Infrastructure project of the LCG/AA.

================================================== Yves Perrin + Actions done and progress - was away 3 days - Savannah: in 4 weeks ... >1800 new items posted, ~100 new users  . approved 9 new projects  . help admins to configure their project  . helped Atlas with squads and bugs monitoring  . fixed a bug found in Atlas specific option (side effects for others) - Hypernews: a lot of activity  . created 16 new fora  . moved, renamed fora  . moved users from CMS or Alice to Atlas HN  . helped users with lost messages, lost password, etc - submitted a summary of SIMBA use cases in SFT to e-groups task force - moderated 18 new web sites (as PH webmaster) - started to write a web tree analysis script to survey SFT pages + Next actions - update of SLS scripts for Savannah and Hypernews - survey SPI web pages ================================================== Ana Gaspar + Actions done - Enable threads in the nightlies - Generate a log for each project in the nightlies that contains the trace and the errors found - Compile the external projects with gcc43 under amd64 + Next actions - Compile the external projects with gcc43 under ia32 + Problems -Executing the nightlies under the test slot makes fails in several projects ================================================== Stefan Roiser + Actions done - New software installations qt 4.4.2 cppunit 1.10.2_p5 castor 2.1.7-15 doxygen 1.5.6 gccxml 0.9.0_20080909 - Porting of LCG/AA to VC9, the last issue to be handled is the new gccxml version which needs to be integrated into the build system. After this we can give it a try to do the first nightly builds on windows with VC9. + Next actions - Finish up with VC9 porting
