The measurements of production of vector bosons in association with jets provide a precious test of perturbative quantum chromodynamics. The good understanding of these processes is also important, since they often constitute non-negligible background to the Higgs boson decays and to search for new physics. The cross sections, differential in several kinematics variables, have been measured up to high jet multiplicities and high kinematical range at ATLAS. I will present a selection of the latest results, discussing the agreement with Monte Carlo generators and with new state of the art theoretical predictions.
