A genuine study of Time Reversal Symmetry was considered to be impossible for decaying particles. I will discuss how the quantum properties of Entanglement and the Decay as a Filtering Measurement provide a bypass to the NO-GO argument by giving the conceptual basis for a true Time Reversal Violating (TRV) Effect. Flavour and CP eigenstate decay channels allow independent separate tests of CP, T and CPT for neutral meson systems. A direct observation of TRV asymmetries by BABAR with high significance will be discussed.
