Join our forum for discussion on the topic of “Respect in the workplace” where Alan Richter will be leading a discussion on the relationship between respect and trust, including some recent research on trust, and exploring the role of unconscious bias, how respect is differently interpreted across cultures, and the connection between respect, listening, and the appreciative inquiry process. He has consulted to organizations in the areas of leadership, values, culture and change, and is a recognized pioneer in global diversity and international ethics. He has worked with CERN, NASA, the UN and many global companies and leading universities around the world.
