Description
Unparticles can be an effective description of a conformal sector which communicates with the standard model via higher order operators. After introducing the general concept, we will discuss how to describe gauge interactions in the unparticle language. The latter can give rise to new signatures at the LHC and be relevant for electroweak physics. Finally, we will show how unparticle effects can arise from a warped extra space dimension. This correspondence helps to construct a reliable unparticle action but it also opens new model building avenues in warped space.
