This worksop is a follow-up on the meeting in Heidelberg on the possibility to use HV-MAPS technology for the ATLAS Inner Tracker upgrade. The focus will be on three aspects :
- Other experiment's experience
- HV-MAPS technology and module design
- Layout studies, services and mechanics
The meeting will take place at DPNC, Geneva. You can reach the Institute by tram from CERN using multiple route using the TPG.
