Description
The objectives of this phase are enumerated. The key prerequisites
for establishing circulating beam and the procedures involved are
detailed. Given circulating beam,the essential checks, measurements
and associated procedures are clearly established. The time required
for, and the scheduling of, subsystem commissioning is discussed.
The importance of injection scheduling, synchronisation and controls
is emphasized along with the need for thorough pre-testing.
