The Fourth Workshop on LHC Controls (12-13 June, 2003) will focus on the preparation of systems required for hardware commissioning. Sessions will deal with the underlying Technical Services, the Common Controls Facitities and finally the Control of Systems directly involved with Sector Commisioning from 2005. The session chairs will present a 20' summary of each session.
