Hadronic multiplicities in diffractive and non-diffractive DIS

Description
I give QCD description of charged particle production in neutral deep inelastic scattering (DIS). Theoretical predictions are compared with the HERA data on hadronic multiplicities in the current fragmentation region of the hadronic centre-of-mass frame and Breit frame.
The dependence of the multiplicities on the momentum transfer is discussed. Charged hadron multiplicity in diffractive DIS is also investigated and the comparison with the H1 data is given.
