Innoveda, the company resulting from the merger of Viewlogic and Summit Design, will present for electronics designers the latest versions of Visual HDL and related tools. Visual HDL, in use at CERN, simplifies and accelerates hardware-description-language-based design, supporting both a graphical and text based approach using VHDL or Verilog. Once a design is captured and verified, Visual HDL automatically generates optimised HDL code for the leading logic and behavioural synthesis tools.
