    Description
    This one day informal workshop explores the physics prospects and technological challenges which are associated with a new generation of exotic atoms and ions: radioactive systems which contain an antiproton or a negative muon in their atomic shell. Facilities to create and investigate such systems in sufficient quantities could be made available in the environment of an intense proton accelerator, such as it is discussed presently in connection with a future new neutrino factory at CERN.
