How EDMS can help you to manage your equipment

The CERN EDMS is a suite of products for managing documents and technical data, provided and supported by EST division and used extensively for LHC and experiments. The usage of EDMS for other machines is still very limited. The reasons for this are not technical but based on a lack of perception of what the system can offer. To encourage more effective use of EDMS in the AB context, its functionality, capabilities and advantages must be explained and understood. This presentation aims to demonstrate where EDMS can help in your daily work on the accelerator complex.
