Description
DCC and SLB software requirements for EIC.
DCC and SLB will present its debugging tools (ex. DCC gui)
and its monitoring needs. If common tools for System Test Control
are needed, the DCC/SLB will present its interface to it. Together
we should agree/elaborate the needs for a common tool for System
Test Control (ECAL Supervisor and test control GUI).
