    SC4 is scheduled to start in April 2006. However, preparations must begin much earlier, with key components in place no later than end January 2006. This requires agreements to be reached, developments to be made and hence a brief look at the timeline is required. At the moment, two workshops are foreseen to prepare for SC4: - During the week of 19 - 23 September, preferably outside...
