Torsten's list will be sent via email. Everyone in the group is asked to read both Torsten's list and Florence/David's list BEFORE the meeting on Tuesday next week so feedback can be given (ACTION ALL). 2 - The ESC group and relation to UIG Both Torsten and Gilles are part of ESC Group (and UIG). The group is dedicated to technical support for user groups (active support). The UIG is dedicated to ensuring information is easily accessible (passive support). DF said it looks like the 2 groups would benefit from working alongside each other - in identifying what kind of documentation would be useful. GM said it would perhaps be useful for the 2 groups to meet and it was suggested that key members from ESC meet with the UIG at their meeting planned on Tuesday 19 April at 1330 hours in Poros Room (Athens).
