2. New requirements to regional helpdesk</lli>
   It is possible that some development work will be done at ICM to improve regional helpdesk operations based on requirements (see helpdesk slides from Istanbul) Current list of requirements is a bit old, so we want to gather a new one from:
   • site administrators
   • regional ticket processing
   • 1st line supporters
   • regional COD staff
3. PPS sites
• status of WCSS site
• release testing at GUP, SiGNET
4. New top level BDII instances
• UIBK
• KFKI + ELUB
5. Improvements to operations of VOCE VO
   Do we want to have VOCE VO services being removed from top BDII if failing (use FCR tool)?

   • how do the site admins feel with that? (all)
6. Writing permissions to CE weblog in place
   From 26.09.08 people can gain writing rights to CE web log meaning they can comment and post new items. Authorization the same as for jabber server, you just need to activate the account (how to activate my account)
