          It is possible that some development work will be done at ICM to improve regional helpdesk operations based on requirements (see helpdesk slides from Istanbul) Current list of requirements is a bit old, so we want to gather a new one from:
          • site administrators
          • regional ticket processing
          • 1st line supporters
          • regional COD staff
            Then the process would be to:
          • prioritize collected requirements
          • draft development plan

          • bugs slipping away PPS testing (e.g. last BDII problems reported by Jan Kundrat) - shall it be reported to PPS coordinator from ROC level?

        2. Status of VOCE VO sites in SAM
          3. This action is related to discussion on FCR for VOCE VO. We said we can come back to the discussion again when at least 70% of VOCE sites is OK and the SAM submission infrastructure is stable (it uses regional services at CYFRONET). 1st line support can look at VOCE sites and monitor situation.
