          2. All VOCE sites are in green status. Those not being green are either in SD (not visible in SAM) or have VOCE queues closed due to specific reasons.
        2. DPM action point. On all sites which have separate disk servers in DPM to send the IPs and hostnames of those machines to 1st line support mailing list.
