      Accounting Reports
As discussed in September, would like to publish Tier 1 accounting reports within 10 days of end of month (as originally done). Today this is prevented by lack of response of many sites to request to validate the numbers. Propose to: 1) Publish CPU values without manual update, since portal numbers should be correct (as we do for Tier 2); Allow for now sites to update by hand numbers and disk usage within 10 days only. 2) Review the entire accounting process (see also next item): View from all stakeholders, what reports are used for; which numbers are useful, which are not, etc. If agreed, will mandate the Operations team to start this process of review.
