    Dear Roberto, All,

     

    below are brief minutes from the today meeting:

    presented/connected: CMS-RPC, CMS-CSC, ATL-MM, CMS-DT

     

    1)

    Barbara - more space needed for ATL-MM during a testbeam (the question to CMS-RPC) .

    The problem of  the space (access to MM) should be thought about for the next beam (one of solutions - 2 weeks of a testbeam with a detector swap (ATL-MM 1week, CMS-RPC 1 week). Also ATL MM will have larger chambers next year, so the space will be even more crucial.

     

    2)

    Beam:    ATL-MM: sunday afternoon probably not a very good beam, to be

    checked by community

          In general most of the time the quality of the beam looks to be ok.

         Will compare collimator settings in Aug and Oct.

     

    3)

    Trigger:

         we need reliable scintillators for both beam tuning and datataking triggering.

     

    4)

    Beam2016 requests:

         CMS-RPC, CMS-CSC, ATL-MM, CMS-DT - done (sent to Roberto or uploaded to one of the agendas)

     

    5)

    Wall removal on 11.11:

             nobody from these four subsystem needs the wall to be removed
