As of January 2009 GGUS will allow site notification for all tickets. The TPM will be bypassed, the site contact mailing list will be notified, if the site is selected by the ticket submitter and the ticket will be assigned to the relevant ROC. This is for EGEE Sites. In this meeting, we discuss what will happen with OSG sites.

Following discussions at the Operations', GDB and USAG meetings, we'll hold a telephone discussion with OSG management, GGUS experts and USATLAS, maybe also USCMS, representatives to better understand ATLAS' request for faster notification to OSG sites.
