Workshop on Short Baseline Neutrino Oscillation Physics. The broad focus of the workshop will be on issues relevant to the short-baseline neutrino oscillation program at Fermilab. Discussion topics will include Multi-detector analysis strategies, Detector cross-calibration, Minimizing systematic uncertainties (flux, detector, modeling, reconstruction...), Experimental outcome scenarios and impact on LBL measurements.
