      2. Operational model in each country after EGEE-III
      3. Each ROCs were asked for providing plans for operational model after EGEE-III for SA1 meeting in Catania (2-6 March 09). In more details plans include organization of: regional operations database aka NGI-DB, monitoring, 1st line support, Operator on Duty, etc.) Need info who would be responsible in each country for reporting on that:
        PL: CYFRONET
        CZ: CESNET
        AT:
        SK: IISAS?
        HR: SRCE?
        HU:
        SL: SIGNET
        BY: UIIP
      4. SE failures - how to avoid SD of entire site
      5. We provide suggestions to OPS VO only as (for now) OPS status is taken for availability/reliability calculation. Sites is free to keep open/close queues for other VOs.
Proposal of recommendation for sites: switch to some other, relatively close SE (within the country) in case of SE downtime.
Requires: reconfiguration of CE and all WNs (changes in 2 files) and sBDII restart.
Question: do people like the idea of someone setting your SE as close one?

      6. PPS sites
      7. Status of release testing. SiGNET, GUP, WCSS.
      8. Top level BDII service
      9. BDII service (re)organization in CE
      10. Proposal to setup top BDII per conutry and setup all sites within the country to the top BDII.
Solution: We'll add automatic removal of failing instance from the current BDII poll.
Details from Lukasz on how do we determine the instance is failing for automatic DNS pool handling.
      11. Cream-CE in our region
      12. - no response on a mailing list? Does it mean that nobody is interested in it? What with alice VO sites?
        - proposal on how to solve the issue
