    Maintenance of the irradiator:

    March 14-16

    Maintenance of the RAMSES:

    March 18 (to check if it can be done together with maintenance of the irradiator)

     

    -HVAC

    installation scheduled for March 21 to April 1.

    onsite meeting with EN to understand space needed for installation: tomorrow March 3. Recommended participation of CMS-RPC (and CMS-DT). 

     

    -AIDA2020 funds for work at GIF:

    NIcolas Zagadinis, Paolo Iengo, ATL-RPC, ... will provide possible candidates for the application.

     

    Thursday March 3:

    - bunker will remain closed

     

    Friday March 4:

    CSC scan (during morning)

    -beam trigger scintillators:

    Nicolas and Yuri replaced the downstream with one belonging to them.

    Old one (GIF) needed urgently to proceed with repairing

    Wednesday march 3: (exceptional)  opening 1 hour for installation of HV connectors

    -GIF exhaust will be upgraded soon (about 2 weeks)
