. Savannah / GGUS discussion: Guenter Grein (GGUS developer) is writing
a 'robot' to modify Savannah items and therefore keep items in
sync in Savannah and GGUS. I help Guenter to develop this script
and encourage him to make it as general as possible so that it could
be contributed as a savannah interface API useful to others (e.g

to prepare the Alice HN instance migration

. installed and configured the 'tac_lite' (taxonomy access control lite)
module so that access to the FAQs can be controlled for the various

various questions and answers treating all FAQs as a single entity).

- Fix man pathes in LCGCMT - the pattern for generating MANPATH was wrong
- Cernlib : The version 2006 has been rebuilt with -fPIC for gcc 3.x and 4.x series with XXX_noshift libraries.
- Python_config_version_twodigit has been reverted to the hardcoded value again because of problems with one Atlas package
- Java interface packages have been included in LCGCMT
- Builder and interface packages for visualization sw have been included in LCGCMT (soqt, qwt)
- The ROOT doxygen tag file has been fixed to point into .../app/releases/... instead of .../external/...
- A new version of QMTest has been installed fixing some hardcoded values in the afs installed files
- Macphsft06 ran out of disk space because of a log file (240GB!!!) of samba.
- LCGCMT has been extended with pathes to special gcc compilers on slc4/slc5 ie. gcc34 and gcc43
