    We'd like sites to be stable after the end of August so there is no time for any new developments but some of the stuff already ready could go into production over the summer.

    • Subsequent MBs should review:
      • More detailed POWs for specific actions (as appropriate)
      • Progress on actions / milestones
      • Main milestones to be completed by end-September 2009
      • (Some less time-critical work may continue beyond that date)
