16:00 What middleware definitely needs to be upgraded before data taking?

We'd like sites to be stable after the end of August so there is no time for any new developments but some of the stuff already ready could go into production over the summer.

16:05 Do we need a GDB in August?

16:10 What should be the focus of the next workshop(s)?

• Tier2s?
• Analysis?
• Throughput for analysis?
• Addressing concerns from STEP09?

• Is is possible to address these in Barcelona? (EGEE '09)
• Or, if we devote a 2-hour slot to this topic:
  1. Will it be enough?
  2. Will the required people come?

• Possible WLCG workshop "between" 2009 & 2010 runs April 19 - 23
• There is also an EGEE UF in Uppsala the week before!

• Short list of actions to be reviewed at next week's Management Board
• Subsequent MBs should review:
  • More detailed POWs for specific actions (as appropriate)
  • Progress on actions / milestones
  • Main milestones to be completed by end-September 2009
