Please send a scan of your ID and the HORUS form (EU visitors / non EU visitors) duly completed to armelle.le-noa@cea.fr no later than Friday 7 October 2016 to finalize your CEA access request (CEA reserves the right to reject any request that is not fully compliant with its access rules). Please be aware that you will be asked to present the same ID on the day of the visit.

The shuttle will drop off the satellite meeting participants in front of Bldg. 123. The badges will be collected by Mrs Le Noa at the end of the meeting. At 4.30 PM, the shuttle will pick up the participants in front of Bldg. 123 to drop them off at the RERB Massy Palaiseau train station (about 20 minutes from CEA Saclay).
