5th Meeting of the TIARA Collaboration Council on 18 October 2016
→
Europe/Zurich
4/S-030 (CERN)
Description
The meeting will start Tuesday October 18th at 10:00 and will end at 17:00 at the latest. The venue of the meeting is in Room 4-S-030 at CERN. If you don’t already have a CERN badge to enter CERN, Evelyne Delucinge (evelyne.delucinge@cern.ch) can take care of requesting one for you. Please inform her directly that you need a badge. You will then get it at the entrance (building 33) when arriving at CERN.
Although it is very much preferable to be present in CERN, audio or vidyo connection should also be possible, in case some of you have a last minute duty at your institution.
This will be done either by a vidyo or a normal phone connection (eventually both).
