The activities of the Institute are open to everyone. However attendance is limited so that there won't be more than 25-30 poeple being present at a given time. This is why application via this web site and approval is mandatory, the deadline being April 30.
Invited participants will be automatically approved. The remaining applicants will be reviewed by early May and notified shortly thereafter.
We have booked 30 rooms at the hostel, please state your accommodation preferences when registering. There is no registration fee.
