INTERNET ACCESS AT
At WU Wien, it is possible to connect to Eduroam Wifi and if needed, Guest-Wifi keys can be prepared. The Motel One Prater has wifi connection.
ACCOMMODATION
A limited number of single rooms have been pre-booked at Motel One Prater wien-prater@motel-one.com close to WU. Cost for single room is 80.24 €/night and for double room 105 €/night. Please indicate your need for accommodation via the registration form.
COST REIMBURSEMENTS
The beneficiaries (and their recruited ESRs) will make the travel arrangements on their own using their STREAM budget (category 4: research, training and networking costs) if necessary.
If a beneficiary has recruited an ESR whose contract has not yet started but who should nevertheless attend the event, the beneficiary can cover the ESR's costs from their STREAM budget (category 4: research, training and networking costs).
The partner organizations are asked to contact Barbara Mehner concerning the travel and accommodation arrangements.
